Forgive Typos in Internal Documents

Internal documents are those only read by the staff. I do often go back to things I've written to clarify certain points, and to add or remove stuff, but it's not worth it to proofread for typos or minor imperfections. So please, dismiss them.

  1. I agree! Too much time is spent on correcting grammatical errors or syntax usage. But what about how one perceives your message? For instance, I once sent an email about a meeting occurring bi-weekly. In my mind the meeting is occurring every two weeks, however, more than one of the recipients took it as twice a week.It was comical and a learning experience to never use that terminology again.
